Very traditional, authentic, and old school Thai cuisine. There are many dishes here that are hard to find in other restaurants, such as raw marinated shrimp and fried fish prepared in different ways! Amazing.
This hole-in-the-wall Thai place in Hell's Kitchen was such a great find! Excellent food, extremely hospitable staff, and very efficient service. We had the Shrimp Cake, Bangkok Veggie, and Nam Sod and enjoyed all of the dishes! Definitely worth a visit ????
I’ve been to this place countless times. The owner greets customers warmly. The food here is prepared authentically, and it tastes like Thailand. Every meal is wonderful and savory. In terms of dessert, mango sticky rice in America is often sour due to a dearth of sweet mangos. However, this place is able to imitate the true taste of Thailand. It actually feels like I’m dining in Thailand. ????????
Loved the atmosphere, service, and most of all, the food (I got pineapple fried rice and it was the most flavorful and perfectly-spiced fried rice I’ve had). Didn’t get bored at all with each bite, that’s how tasty it was. Would visit again!
This place came heavily recommended and it matched the expectations. The food was delicious and Chin, our server, was amazing! They probably made the best Thai Iced Tea I ever had. It was so good that I had to get another one to go! I’ll be back many more times in the future. This place is just great!
In an area surrounded by Thai restaurants, Wondee Siam managed to stand out in terms of flavor, service, and atmosphere! There’s no wonder why this restaurant is always packed during dinner! I’ve been to all nearby Thai spots and this one is my favorite. Thanks Wondee Siam!
If you think about Real Authentic Thai food in Hell Kitchen Area. Here the spot! That serve you the savory and tasty Thai style food which you cannot find in the other restaurant. Btw there are limit seats and no restroom. So come early not rush hours. Update Oct 2024. They moved to the new spot which is just at the same corner of the old one. The new place is nice decor and good atmosphere and yes of course they got restroom too! The staff are the same old people but more energetic and helpful to recommend your dishes. I won’t say anything about the food because it’s always The BEST!! อร่อยมากๆครับ
This is the best Thai food in New York in my opinion. I really like the papaya salad. It doesn’t taste the same like the original one in Thailand. But it is so fresh and tasty. The roast pork was soft and flavourful. Overall was great.
Great food! Thai restaurant every time packed, but guys work really good and you don’t have to wait too much. Price and quality is great! Highly recommended!
